11:00 – 16:00 UTC – Client validation window: clients perform guided tests; capture issues via email/phone and log Salesforce incidents

Client Testing Guidance

- Login and authentication: Verify users can sign in successfully (including MFA/SSO if applicable) and can log out and back in without issues.

- Core UI workflows: Run the most common day-to-day tasks end-to-end (navigate key pages, search/filter, create/update items, submit/approve flows as applicable).

- API connectivity: Execute normal API calls (and any critical partner integrations) to confirm connectivity, expected responses, and no new authorization failures/timeouts.

- Session persistence: Confirm sessions behave as expected during normal navigation; note any unexpected logouts.

- Multi-tab behavior: Open the application in multiple tabs and perform actions in each; capture exact reproduction steps if anomalies occur.

- Direct/deep links: Use bookmarked links and deep links to commonly used pages; avoid manipulating URLs beyond normal navigation, and report any unexpected behavior.
