Cloudflare Rollback in EU

Earlier this evening we rolled out Cloudflare for the EU region. After deployment, the change affected a downstream service (not a misconfiguration of Cloudflare itself). To protect stability we rolled back that change, and EU traffic is no longer going through Cloudflare. We’ve identified the issue and will work on a fix before we roll out Cloudflare again; the date for that rollout is TBD. We’re sorry for any disruption.
