We will be making updates to our internal systems and core infrastructure on Thursday, September 11th, 2025 between 2am to 4am UTC for the EU Region. This maintenance event requires a short interruption to services of 1-2 minutes while internal services reconnect. During the minutes where service is impacted, updates to existing inquiries or addition of new inquiries may fail and result in a processing error. Any failed API calls or uploads during this time should be retried once the maintenance window is concluded.
