We will be making updates to our internal systems and core infrastructure on Monday, September 29th, 2025 between 5:30pm to 6:30pm ET for the US Region. This maintenance event requires a short interruption to services of 1-2 minutes while internal services reconnect. During the minutes where service is impacted, updates to existing inquiries or addition of new inquiries may fail and result in a processing error. Any failed API calls during this time should be retried once the maintenance window is concluded.
